First time with Eurocamp, the campsite itself was very well laid out, and did not feel crowded, the pool was kept very clean and well maintained. However, there were no umbrellas and very little shade around it. We were there in 40° heat! The mobile home we had was well equipped however, the individual bedrooms were small, we had a queen size bed, but not in a queen sized bedroom, less than a hand width between the bed and wall! Some areas in the main complex looked a little tired if you looked carefully, the food was of good quality, but a little on the expensive side compared to the nearby resort. The resort was within walking distance, and is extremely pleasant..
It’s quiet and friendly atmosphere , not so luxurious but not bad around swimming pools .The essential thing which we didn’t like there was the mobile home , they left no bedsheets and the blankets weren’t clean enough and were smelly . When we asked about it they said we would ask for them but we would be charged (it’s the first time that I hear you would be charged for clean bedsheets at accommodation) !!!!!
The positives - Good location near towns and beaches.
The negatives - Very big and busy site. Caravan was tired, dated and musty smell. No oven. Door lock entry system via pendant was hard to use. Had to pay extra for bedding and towels. Outside space used by neighbours vehicles making access difficult. Lists of jobs needing to be done by us as paying guests before departure otherwise a threat of extra cleaning fees, yet the company courier staff drive around on golf carts carrying out “pre departure inspections” to make sure guests have cleaned adequately before allowing off site. Who wants to mop and sweep on holiday when you’ve paid for accommodation! Surely that’s their job!? Unlikely to stay with Eurocamp again for these reasons.
Just spent 2 weeks here. The site is super clean and every member of the staff team we spoke to or dealt with was helpful & courteous, polite and professional, making our time memorable & hassle free. Walking distance from the beach, Grimoud and Port Grimoud or hire a bike [E or conventional] on site for a little further like St Tropez or St Maxime. Highly recommend. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Inexpensive wifi available on site if your mobile plan not sufficient.
In my opinion quite big domain of "mobile" houses. I do not saw any camping cars or tents. Despite complex owner / service operator... it was a nice stay. Som problems with Wi-Fi that needs to be paid separately, weak GSM signal 4G or 5G. But generally clean. Nice swimming pool (crowded) and two water slides / toboggans (smooth and in good technical state). Local restaurant and grocery is comparable or more expensive than some business in Port Grimaud. Sidewalk to the beach is partially off-road like experience. So if you don't want to rent bike for for me an overkill price you have to walk everywhere. From our "house" to the beach about 2 km. To the Port Grimaud about 4km (one way).
Almost all staff only speak french. Very few speak any english at all. We stayed in a mobilehome. Contrary to the descriptions on line it was tiny. There was no storage space, and we ended up keeping our clothes in suitcases lying on the floor. We had ordered extra linen, but hadn't received it. When we called the camp porter/security in the evening it was clear that he wasn't going to do anything for us. The location is great, but that's pretty much it for this camp.
It was nice. Camping houses were ok. Many activities and things to do and see around the camping. Swim pool for kids was boring, entrance to the swimming pool was always dirty. Toilets stink☹️
It was fine. But the activities for teenagers was not great. The pool was fine. Restaurant was ok but a bit expensive. Service was not the best in the restaurant kept forgetting things. On the last couple of days electricity kept going off. The did keep fixing it but it was a problem.
